LOBA LO400 - 

​We are proud to present the ultimate and the original OEM+ Sport Turbocharger Upgrade for 2.0 TFSI engines.

In order to produce a LO400 we utilize a brand new factory BorgWarner KO4 turbocharger and optimize with 5-Axis CNC machine, modifying the compressor housing and inner surface for optimum flow, then 5-axis CNC modify the turbine housing to reduce exhaust gas back pressure and maximize throughput to increase output.

At the heart of our LO400 is the latest state of the art, bigger more efficient V3 LOBA Motorsport LO-2580 billet compressor, that is unique in design, geometry and size, but is extremely light in weight at only 39.8 Gram, yet still very strong. LOBA Motorsport billet compressor wheels are 25% lighter than some original used cast items and lighter then OE billet types, but still has greater strength and durability over a cast compressor. This combination gives ultimate turbo response and efficiency with reliability. 

We also grind and lighten the turbine runner for increased flow and to reduce exhaust backpressure. We precision balance the turbine wheel/shaft and compressor wheel to far beyond oem tolerance as single parts, first to less than 0,05gmm then together. Last but not least is we modify the actuator and use a reinforced bearing for durabilty. The end result is less lag and better response than even a stock KO4 yet flowing much more airmass. The LO400 turbocharger is the best compromise between power output, turbo response and longevity.

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized. This turbo is capable and is producing upto 400PS and even more in some cases. 


We take a two factory brand new OE BorgWarner turbochargers, and fuse together and then optimize with 5-AXIS CNC machining processes, and fit a larger LOBA billet intake to the compressor housing and utilize the new latest technology light weight LOBA Motorsport billet compressor, unique in design, geometry and size for ultimate response. We port match the exhaust runners to the OE head exhaust ports to ensure maximum throughput and performance efficiency, and also use a larger turbine wheel that we lighten and clip to reduce back pressure, then fit a reinforced axial bearing, after all that the whole unit including the single parts are balanced to far higher standards than OE, for the very best compromise between power output, longevity and turbo response. LO4XX delivers powerful, refined consistent performance with minimal lag, spooling near like a stock KO4.

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized this turbo is capable of producing more than 430PS.

This turbocharger uses LOBA Motorsport own unique billet aluminium compressor wheel, this compressor offers much greater strength and durability over cast compressor.

LOBA Motorsport billet compressor wheels are 25% lighter than original used cast items for unmatched response. 

(Requires custom intake and boost hose Modification, but bolts on as OE and uses OE fittment downpipe, water and oil lines)

LOBA 2.0 TFSI Upgrade high pressure fuel pump and cam follower - 

This is a Highly recommended upgrade for any Tuned 2.0TFSI engine.

We take a brand new factory OEM pump and then we make fundamental changes using new components and processes by LOBA.

The LOBA 2.0 TFSI high pressure fuel pump will give a fuel volume increase of more than 50% and can sustain over 130 bar making it the one of the biggest flowing pumps on the market. 

Modification and tuning of the 2.0TFSI engine far beyond OEM power levels requires an additional volume of high-pressure fuel especially in the midrange of the powerband. 

Our fuel pump meets the very high requirements needed for the latest generation of OEM HPFP specifications.

The materials and processes we decided upon are of the highest possible quality and for this particular application. 

Multiple stages of various precision machining, hardening processes, coating processes and quality control inspections characterize this HPFP.

We've tested to over 8250rpm both in a controlled environment and on the track/road to simulate a large range of dynamic conditions. Doing so was an important part of our mechanical design parameters to ensure the LOBA pump meets our standard, the result is reliability, durability, performance.

The LOBA high pressure fuel pump comes brand new, pre-assembled, fully checked, tested and ready for installation and comes suppiled with a factory brand new oem cam follower for extra value and reliability.

LOBA HPFP is assembled with a special chemical anti-wear and anti-friction lubricant, making it pre-lubed and giving protection for initial start-up protection.

 IMPORTANT :fitting must be done by a professional, it is also essential that the new OEM cam follower supplied is fitted with the Loba HPFP, regardless of the condition or limited use of the old follower. Failure to do so may cause premature components failure and consequently will invalidate any warranty claim.
