Average order processing time is currently 2-3 working days. Unfortunately due to a combination of increased traffic and reduced staff resources, we are unlikely to be able to respond to order queries within 48 hours of the order being placed, it is simply stopping us getting packages out the door and to customers.
If products are out of stock or require a longer than usual wait, you will be informed by email as quickly as possible regarding possible timescales, alternatives, refunds or other options available.
The website does not currently maintain live stock feeds from all suppliers, we appreciate your patience.
Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, Parcelforce, Fed Ex or UPS services are currently still running well, however, delays within the UK and to overseas destinations may also be experienced depending on customs/border controls in place. Delivery to European countries such as France, Italy and Spain is currently heavily delayed or unavailable.
