THE-Upgrade 08 exhaust housings are investment cast from heat-resistant 1.4848 stainless steel. They are designed for the S4/RS4 B5 2.7t. The machining is suitable for the OEM RS6 turbine wheel. We also offer machined exhaust housings for TTE780/TTE880. If other machining is desired, it must be done by the turbocharger manufacturer.

Optimized flow of the exhaust gas level
Larger inlet cross section
Downpipe flange with double bolt circle (RS4 / RS6) - when needed the orignal downpipe from the RS4/S4 can be installed at any time (e.g. exhaust emission test)
Optimized wastegate channel
Optimized and larger wastegaste flap

Material:
stainless steel 1.4848 (up to 1100 °C)Investment casting for uniform wall thickness and surface qualityThrough continuous CFD optimization, an almost constant response behavior despite the larger volute and a considerably higher peak performance could be achieved.
The company Reitsamer Performance achieved the previous maximum performance in connection with TTE880 of 942 HP and 1273 Nm.
Additional information:
We recommend using the original Audi bolts and nuts for assembly!Installation on the RS6 C5 is only possible in connection with a manual gearbox!
